Closets by Design - Boston

I had 2 custom closets installed at my home on 3/13/26. One closet was the Primary Bedroom (walk-in), and the other was a standard 6ft bedroom. Both look great and came out fantastic. The installers were excellent, very professional and efficient in their work. Eva, my sales consultant, was amazing. She explained everything thoroughly, provided excellent design suggestions, and customized our order to meet our needs. Overall, outstanding. Very happy with Closets by Design.

Shown here are the before and after pictures of our closet. We LOVE the new design! We recommend CBD 100% for anyone wanting to upgrade their storage and life with a custom built to the space closet. We had very minor scratches from the initial install and while we asked for a simple correcting pen, they sent someone out to fully replace the pieces in question, left extra shelves, AND gave us the correcting stick. Their 40% + 15% deal runs 24/7, it’s been active for at least the last 4 months, so don’t bother waiting for a certain time. They will work with you on the price as well. We couldn’t afford the initial quote and they then worked with us to drop the price another 20%. Before you install anything, we highly recommend you paint the room you’re installing in. My experience with Closets By Design was flawless from start to finish. Brian, the sales representative who came to my home to design my Wall Bed was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in making the right decisions for my space. The installation team was equally as professional and made the entire process a seamless one. Great communication as well from the entire team during the four week period from the order date to the installation day. I am extremely pleased with the results, and the Wall Bed looks wonderful in my space. Our Closets by Design experience from beginning to end. Imad, our designer listened and accommodated every request in a timely and professional manner. Our interactions with everyone within the company were positive and pleasant. The installers had me feeling like a kid on Christmas morning waiting to see the finished result and I could not be happier with our horizontal murphy bed and cabinets above.
