I called this morning cause they were referred to me by the previous homeowner. The heat wasn’t working and I did not know I had to be a member. I have a 2 yr old and 3 month old in the household and the lady on duty today on 12/14/25 said nothing I can do until tomorrow and hung up the phone , super rude and she didn’t even attempt to assist in anyway. While I understand policy, she was by far the rudest person I’ve dealt with in any customer service business. One thing to be empathetic another to hang up on my face and basically say too bad so sad. Never again…

I hired Bigelow Plumbing to tie in the new water service at my house. While they were here scoping out the job they also discovered a pretty serious gas leak and helped me locate it, in an inaccessible crawlspace under the house. Chris stopped by a few times to talk over the plan with me and we ended up having them replace and re-route the whole gas line at the same time that they did the water. Chris was always honest about the expected costs and open to discussing different options. I am very satisfied with the quality of their work now that it is done.

I've used Bigelow Plumbing twice now and I've had issues each time. I'll look elsewhere in the future. The first time they came out they damaged the floor in the basement (gashed a hole in the flooring with something very heavy) and ripped the front of the cabinet off in the upstairs bathroom (one of the guys leaned on the door and popped the whole panel off - I watched it happen). Bryan gave me some money off for the damages and I accepted the resolution. This last time he gave me an estimate over the phone to repair a leaking sink basket in the kitchen (a sink basket that THEY reinstalled the last time they were here). Have had several items address by this company, I have found them to be professional at all times. They work clean and even clean after themselves upon completion. Very nice folks to do business with. I would call them again and would recommend them for your plumbing needs.
