Closets by Design Northwest New Jersey

From start to finish it was great. I'm in love with our pantry and want to sleep in there now. It would have been five stars but our designer ghosted me for the last month. She was amazing the first two months but I'm thinking she didn't like my changes all the time. But the first two months she was phenomenal until she ghosted me.

We had a great experience with Closets By Design, and we highly recommend them. Our design consultant, Nick, was exceptional; he went out of his way to ensure our custom closet design met all our needs while sticking perfectly to our budget. The installation was just as smooth, thanks to Emeka. He was very efficient and polite, installing everything exactly to our specifications. We are thrilled with the result and would definitely recommend working with this company!

My experience with designer Elizabeth was amazing. She is respectful, kind & thoughtful. Elizabeth surprised me by reaching in her book bag, taking out her measuring tape & began measuring the walk-in & reach-in closets. Elizabeth even took into account the areas that couldn't be covered because it was the location points for my bathroom shower & tub. Elizabeth swiftly created the designs in her computer, informative & also patient in answering my questions!!! On installation day, the installers, Mekah & his partner arrived on time & ready to work. They covered my bedroom rug to avoid staining or dirtying, Mekah went over the plans with me to ensure we were all on the same page. There was a minor measurement issue in the reach-in closet but that was rapidly fixed with no visible issues. B

My experience with this franchise location has been awful. I used Closets By Design in a previous home of mine and had the best experience with that franchise location so I figured I would use the company again in my new home. This franchise location has shown unprofessional installation and customer services. I had 3 closets and a laundry area done and after the installers left I found loose screws, metal wires, etc all over the floor as well as dried caulk on my new wood floors and a gouge in my wall. This is a new home so the walls and floors were in perfect condition before this. I also found scrap metal and screws in the driveway. I had to literally crawl on the floor of my home to make sure I found all metal materials and garbage so that my toddler and dog did not hurt themselves wi
