Novalis Roofing replaced my roof in Madison NJ in 2018. We have never had a problem with this new roof. They are extremely responsive for any after service. I asked them in 2026 for a bill for the roof replacement that they did in 2018, they responded back with the bill in one day. They are responsive on email and phone. 🙏

Met with the owner John who inspected my roof after it sustained some storm damage from the blizzard. he walked me through how to apply for an insurance claim and what to expect. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional. Highly recommend

I needed some roof repairs after the wind storms we had recently and also needed to correct some poor work done by a different contractor. Fredo initially came and went up on the roof to document the work. Took pictures and showed me what needed to be done. The estimate was reasonable. The work was scheduled promptly. The crew led by Gomez Vasquez showed up on time, did all the repairs in one day and cleaned up all of the debris. Great job all around.

We had a build up of snow on our roof that was causing a leak in our family room. We called Novalis first thing in the morning and the team was able to come out that day to clear the roof, helping to mitigate further leaking. Antonio then came by the following day to take a look for any damage / remediation and was so helpful. It was a great experience in an emergency situation! I highly recommend.
