I had the best time ever in Florham Park with Lia. My order was perfectly executed with precision. Jen in Cranford secured it! Awesome team work.
This branch sucks when compared to the Kenilworth or Saddle Brook branch. They are way more customer focused. Meanwhile you can walk in the Whippany branch and the place will be completely empty and it’ll still take minutes before anyone bothers to acknowledge you to help you out. I strongly dislike having to come to this particular branch for anything. Edit: Received a call from a member of the management staff which I appreciated, and we discussed it.
Outstanding service from all the guys at the counter even when I call in an order easy to communicate back and forth and the product knowledge is awesome
The Maps App need to take new overhead pictures of Johnstone Supply 19 Vreeland Road, Florham Park, NJ, 07932 // They have Shipping and Receiving Docks that the Satellite Image doesn’t show. It’s completely redone in the Dock Area. Very nice dock area, drive around to the back, first set of docks.
We have been using Johnstone Whippany branch for years. The counter is extremely knowledgeable, the store is clean, and always well stocked. Can’t ask for more!
