I needed my small walk in closet better organized. From the moment the designer Christy came out & gave me valuable ideas to add more space in my closet to the install with Billy…I had a great experience. Things were done in a timely manner. Install was professional & neat. The cost was reasonable. I would definitely use Closet by Design again. 5 ⭐️’s.

We had a phenomenal experience with Closets by Design from start to finish. After purchasing our new home, we quickly realized that the original walk-in master closet layout, which included an IKEA cabinet system, was not functional and significantly wasted the space. Scott, our design consultant, immediately recognized the inefficiencies and truly listened to what we needed. He was professional, thoughtful, and never pushed unnecessary upgrades. Instead, he guided us toward a simple, affordable design that maximized the space and functionality perfectly. Closets by Design did an outstanding job with our Master Bedroom closet, Pantry, and Laundry Room! Mark was the Designer and he listened to all of our needs and made sure they were incorporated into the finished product! Austin and his assistant did a superb job with the installation and cleaned up before leaving!

From the designer to the installers, great experience! Tunde was patient and helpful in every way as we designed kids' and adults' closets and a pantry for our family. Daniel and James were efficient in their expert installations, all work was completed the same day and left the house clean as the found it. I'll be doing more projects with them in the future for sure!

From start to finish, this was a delightful experience and my closet turned out fabulous! My designer, Marella, inventoried all of mine and my husband‘s belongings to ensure that we had appropriate storage space for different items like shoes, folded items, as well as single and double hang, handbags, boots, etc. We were converting a bedroom behind our master to a closet, and she worked with me through the process and was invested in my vision and design as I have done many renovations in the past. On install day, the installation team was polite and efficient, getting my rather large closet installed quickly. They were so courteous and professional and cleaned up after themselves.
