We have been blown away by the incredible service of Amy and her team!! From planning, to installing cabinets, counters, and finishing work, the whole gang is truly exceptional. Each and every person has been so kind, attentive, and truly cares about our home. I would recommend Cloud9 1,000 times over to anyone doing a remodel, and plan to use them again in the future!

Amy was so wonderful to work with from Cloud 9. We were finishing our basement and needed custom cabinets for a wet bar, bathroom vanity and three cabinets to serve as the base for our book cases. We were under a bit of a tight timeline from our contractor to get the cabinet process moving. The person the contractor recommended kept promising to get us the pricing and specs for the contractor, but they kept delaying and delaying. A friend of ours from Simply Floors recommended we speak with Amy, so we did. Had an absolutely wonderful experience. She was able to get us an appointment the next day, and we walked out with all of our paperwork, drawings for the contractor and everything else we needed (all in one appointment). I recently had the opportunity to work with Amy Metzger. She was an amazing asset to our home remodel efforts. Her knowledge of products and interior design helped us select the perfect cabinets and colors for our recent home remodel. In addition she was very pleasant to work with and went above and beyond to make sure our needs and expectations were met. Doing business with Cloud9 in West Chester was the absolute best experience. We did a complete kitchen remodel and Amy M was our designer. Talk about someone who loves their job and it shows. She was fantastic! She was extremely patient and came up with several designs that we were able to customize that best matched what we were trying to achieve. Her communication and creativity can’t be matched. After going through this process we felt like we gained a friend. While Cloud9 doesn’t provide installation they are linked with another local company who does and they couldn’t be anymore coordinated and in lock step. Communication was great and there were no concerns as the installation company was top notch. Thank you Amy! You are the best!
