Our A/C stopped working in high 80 degree weather and John was able to come out quickly and have everything diagnosed and fixed within 20 minutes. He does not overcharge and we felt he was completely honest about the state of our unit. Everything is working perfectly, now!

Outstanding service! We got home from vacation on a Saturday in the middle of July to find our air conditioning had gone out while we were gone -- it was 87 degrees in our house! After making a lot of calls only to find that no one could come by until the next day at the earliest, I was referred to AirWorks who came by at 5pm on a Saturday afternoon! Unfortunately, our a/c couldn't be fixed that day because of a broken fan motor, but they took the part with them and said that it might actually be under warranty which we hadn't considered. In the meantime, we purchased a couple of window units so that we could stay in our house until the a/c could be fixed. On Monday, Airworks promptly got back to us and said our motor was in fact under a 5 year warranty and even better, they were able to r
