After a few minutes on the phone, an appointment was set to meet with a Comfort Specialist the next morning. Despite driving an hour and a half, Samir Khoury arrived precisely on time at my home. Friendly and knowledgeable, we talked about various options and after looking through the house, he made a recommendation to install a three zone mini-split heat pump.
