I just have a beautiful custom area rug installed by CMC.Flooring. Worked with Kerstin. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. The instabllers were terrific, moved all furniture, and disposed of old rug.. Well run, family owned business. Would recommend them highly.

I wish I had read the past reviews on other sites before hiring this company. The owner, Chris Coyle, is shockingly unprofessional. He uses a subcontractor to refinish hardwood floors. During phase one of the project, floor boards that needed to be removed were taken out and replaced with new oak floors. However, Chris never discussed a plan on how they would dispose of the removed floors. I now have 7 incredibly heavy garbage bags full of old wood, nails that are sticking out of the bags, and wood sanding dust sitting on my front walkway. The next day, the subcontractor arrived to sand and stain the floors. Chris told me to choose a Minwax stain (although he calls it "Mini"wax, which is surprising since this is his line of work), so I did. He told me the subcontractor would pain

CMC flooring is one of the best flooring companies I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and was very friendly! Chris knows his products and stands behind them. Sadly this is something that is rare these days and it’s good to see that there is still some reputable companies around. 10/10 would hire again and recommend to anyone.

Excellent service, a pleasure to work with and great prices. A friend referred me to them and not only did they have a great selection but it was really nice to have such a personalized experience, working one on one with them every step of the way. Our Installation came out beautifully. Will definitely be going back to CMC for all my flooring needs.
