I can not remember the exact year (maybe 2018?) but I called in Chris for a second opinion about replacing my homes HVAC unit. I called A local Durham owned company that has a “W” in their name for an annual inspection. I was informed the system had a leak and needed to be completely replaced. I was referred to Chris and called him for a second opinion. Chris spent 45 minutes going over the AC with a fine tooth comb and sniffer and found no leaks. Despite the unit being a 2004 unit he knew what gasses could be used and after 2 lbs of refrigerant the system was back online. At a very reasonable price for service and parts. ( you pay for the exact amount of refrigerant used) 6+ years later the system is still working and once again passed its annual inspection. This past inspect

Chris and his staff have been amazing, great customer service and have always addressed the my problems, and have installed new units when needed.
