They tell you what to expect and when to expect them and they don’t let you down. I don’t know about you but I find that’s hard to find in a contractor. My mind kept wanting to do more and with every idea, they took care of it, from me wanting to change the small hall bath from the original 1990s loud wall paper to the lovely blue with specialized wainscoting under it to me realizing I had more beadboard than was used and suddenly wanted to put it around the staircase, they made sure it was done and done well. Santos Tile completed a renovation of our primary bathroom in November 2023, and we could not be happier! John and his crew were such a pleasure to work with, and were incredibly patient, kind and communicative. I cannot stress the quality and craftsmanship of their work enough. They turned our 20+ year old dated bathroom into something truly special! The whole team is incredibly skilled (shout out to Mario for his fantastic work), and John's knowledge and experience is second to none. John and his team did a beautiful job remodeling our 1950's hall bath. We kept the original tub and tried to select a floor tile that looks appropriate for the era of the house. The tile looks wonderful! The job moved very quickly and efficiently and the whole team was responsive to any questions we had. They even worked around our custom vanity installation (we wanted a shallower vanity to accommodate for more space than a standard one would). Thanks for our new bathroom, John! We're all fighting over using it now.
