CMZ Chimney LLC

We needed a new roof and the roofer told us we needed chimney work done first. My sister used CMZ to rebuild her chimney and was pleased with their work. So I called them and Mike came out the next day for an estimate. He told us what needed done and gave us options of how it could be done. The price was reasonable so we hired him. Mike knew we were working with a time constraint with the roof and chimney needing to be completed before the weather set in. Tristen and Julio showed up the next week to tear down the old chimney and rebuild the new one. Julio covered the entire ground with a huge tarp to catch all the old brick and mortar. Tristen did a phenomenal job on constructing the new chimney. It looks fantastic.They made sure to cover the new chimney with a tarp as it was going to rain

Mike and company did an amazing job. An old century home in Jefferson, was nearly impossible to get a chimney / brick contractor to call me back not to mention they are far and few between. From the initial conversation, throughout inspection, and upfront pricing they provided a written estimate and explained what was going to be done and why. Mike gave us a timeline, weather permitting lol, and the crew showed up daily on time and worked a solid day every time. They took extra care too protect everything around the demo area and made sure the worksite was tidy up daily. Mike was quick to secure a generous amount of brick selections for us to choose from. Very disappointed in CMZ work. Few years and already needed to replace what they did. Do not recommend them. Say one thing did another. Get estimate and work from a good company. Chimney work.

Quick, efficient, affordable. My Furnace was red tagged from the gas company for a few reasons (all related to my chimney). Mike, Chuck and their crew came out identified the areas of concern, got it all cleared out and fixed up within 30mins and it was done for a reasonable price!

Honest and friendly staff. Friendly and knowledgeable crew on the phone setting up the appointment. When the crew arrived at the house <on time> only my wife was home. They explained to her that we did not need all the work that I was requesting, performed an inspection, and charged a reasonable price. Very happy with their service, recommended, and will return.
