This company is AWFUL! I called for an oil delivery and was told the earliest they could deliver was a little over a week out. I was okay with that as long as I received the going rate that day. The lady I spoke to said as long as I paid by check over the phone that day I could lock in the price. Fast forward to a month later and I get a bill for the difference. When I called they said there wasn't anything I could do. Awful customer service. I will never use them again.

Dear Tammy and CREW, Steve Jones the delivery man just left my house and he couldn't have been more pleasant and professional. C.N. Brown could not keep my billing agreement straight. More than a month after cancelling my service, they filled my tank without authorization. I allowed them to come by to syphon out, and they did not show up at the agreed time. Really poor customer service.

I've always had good luck with these folks. Friendly and helpful customer service. Timely deliveries! Been using them for at least 6 years now, probably more!
