Dishonest company that cuts corners and does not complete the work. Technician Ray came out and replaced the pump on our air-conditioner and did not replace the float switch which caused the drain pan to overflow with water and caused extensive water damage on the ceilings. A second company came out to see why there was water leaking into the ceilings and they said the technician Ray did not put the float switch into the drain pan and did not hook up the secondary safety switch on the pump. Called company and they said they were only responsible to replace the pump but did not have to put the float switch back on the pan. The second company said the technician Ray did us a disservice and didn't do even the bare minimum as far as the pump repair goes. They do not care about quality of work
