Tore old roof off, made structural repairs , added membrane and new shingles with great team work. Very timely and Efficient!! Best and very thorough clean up!! Highly Recommend!!!

Coastal Carolina Roofing came out to give an estimate to replace the shingles on the roof on our shed. First of all, they came out like they said they would. They gave a fair estimate and they even were able to do the job the same day. They cleaned up when they were done! The roof looked great! I recommend!

Wayne is a standup guy with great talents. We have an unusual home with a flat portion of the roof rubber sheeting. He and his crew did a great job at a fair price under trying conditions. (A big storm was on the way and they worked until 2am to get done.) 3 years later we had a slight leak problem, which he immediately identified as deteriorating flashing around the old range vent. He replaced the vent and repaired everything at no charge. When we later needed roof repair and replacement for our guest house, you can bet we called Wayne again!

Don't sign ANYTHING with this company. We trusted Wayne and got hurt. We debated posting a review since we know he will never benefit from his ill-gotten gains in the end, but then we thought of  homeowners who rely on these reviews like we did. Yes, it is Wayne who said he lives on Oak Island. While a business profit is expected and necessary, Wayne seems to be taking unfair advantage of those who have already suffered hardship, those same people who happen to be his own neighbors. Double whammy to the homeowners like us who have to come up with enormous deductibles. He claims to do extras and upgrades. The roof does look good and we hope it lasts, but the job was nothing that another roofer couldn't do. Even our insurance agent said Wayne could do the job for less if he wanted to. What W
