SCAMMER ALERT: Brent took half of the payment, but never fixed our chimney, as he was hired to do. At first he made excuses why he couldnt come that day, then he stopped returning our calls and ghosted us. We learned our lesson the hard way. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY $$$ UNTIL THEY FINISH THE JOB. If the say they want payment ahead of time, go with someone else.

We highly recommend Coastal Chimney. Our chimney needed cleaning before we could use it for the winter season. Brent returned our call very quickly and said he would be at our home the very next day. He was on time and cleaned the chimney for us. Great customer service. Thank you very much!

Brent never returns phone calls, he’s owed me blue stone for my hearth for well over a year. Terrible communicator, marginal masonry work. You’ll be better off paying more for a quality craftsman than dealing with this clown.

Installed a stainless steel liner (with a lifetime warranty) and repaired some cracks on my chimney. Prices were fair and the work was done quickly! Great experience, would definitely recommend.
