Are you kidding me!? Coastal Concepts is off the charts on customer service and value. Travis and Andrew are just good people. They completed three jobs for us in superb fashion. Our master bedroom was carpeted and because it is a "antique" house, it had a hump in the middle of the floor. CC came in and spent the time to correct the leveling issues and install a perfect hardwood floor. The attic also had carpet and need an upgrade and when CC was done it is now a first class beautiful old home attic. In additional to the hardwoods, CC gave us a high value deal on replacing the carpets heading up the stairs to the attic. We have already planned 3 more projects with Coastal Concepts. If you need flooring, you've need to call Coastal Concepts!

We had our floors refinished by Coastal Concepts and could not be happier with the experience. They worked with us every step of the way. The crew was professional, detail-oriented, and did a beautiful job. Travis, the owner, went above and beyond and was incredibly accommodating. He took the time to walk us through the entire process, answering every question and making sure we felt comfortable with each decision. Our floors came out amazing! Highly recommend Coastal Concepts if you’re looking for quality work and great service.

I would give 6 stars, definitely recommend this company. I used Coastal Concepts on various projects throughout my house which included stair runners, basement flooring and entire first floor. Everyone was incredibly friendly from start to finish and planning each project was much easier than I anticipated. The installers were clean, quick, and their attention to detail was impressive. Looking forward to the next project with Coastal Concepts.

We purchased a variety of window treatments and a staircase carpet runner for our home. Travis and his staff couldn't be any more pleasant and accommodating - such nice people and exceptionally good at their jobs. Our windows look terrific and we love the carpet runner. We highly recommend them!

I would give no stars, don't use this company. This is the final result of my white oak rift sawn flooring installed by Coastal Concepts. Total false response, we were never given the option in January for a total floor replacement. Additional floor delamination was reported in July, the NWFA inspector recommended injection repair not board replacement. We were given the date of Oct. by your company, not a hard date by us. Had you responded in July to this issue, the 16 week lead time would not of been an issue. We did not text your team daily for updates as you supplied us daily updates. If you agree that the board did not aesthetically meet your standards, why would you go ahead and install it? Maybe you should be more honest and take accountability and be more amiable to speaking
