We cannot recommend this company enough. We had a septic emergency on Thanksgiving weekend - they called us back immediately, talked us through a few possibilities on the phone, and then when those didn't work, they were at our home within 30 minutes. Honest, affordable, and friendly. Saved us a ton of money compared to quote for unnecessary work from one of the big guys.

I called late on a Friday with a septic backup and George pinpointed the problem over the phone - clogged baffle at inlet to the tank. Easy fix - I dug up the inlet and cleared the baffle. He told me to call him back if that was not the problem. They showed up first thing Monday morning to pump out the tank. Great customer service - highly recommend Doerrer.

Doehrrer is the best septic company I have worked with. They are honest, efficient, accommodating and always willing to assist with any solutions if an issue arises. They are pleasant and have outstanding customer service. It is always a pleasure to work with them! I highly recommend them. They are excellent!
