Westbrook Floor Covering

Westbrook Flooring just completed carpet installation on staircases at our home in Essex. They did a terrific job. The installer had to deal with curved landings and stairs that were slightly out of plumb (the house dates to 1908). He pulled it off! The project was completed on-time and on-budget (as quoted). Westbrook Flooring is also a local family-run business - always our preference when doing work on our house. We highly recommend them!

Westbrook Flooring was wonderful to work with! Bonnie and Russ were patient and let us take our time deciding on flooring. On installation day, their crew handled an unexpected need for leveler material without delaying the project. The Pergo laminate looks fantastic, installation was flawless, and we’re so glad we chose a local business over a big box store. Highly recommend!

I had Westbrook construct a custom carpet of my design - they did a fabulous job!! The carpet is beautiful and the guys who installed it were great - in spite of a very heavy bed that required moving. In these days it's really hard to find a flooring store that's local and provides a personal service - Westbrook delivers!!

My highest recommendation, and thanks, goes to Westbrook Floors. They spent an hour with us helping us pick flooring for the whole house. We scheduled the installation within two weeks. The crew came when they said they would and finished when they promised. Most important, the floor is beautiful -- even better than we imagined it would be. I was particularly impressed that the owner of the company came by on a Sat. to help us deal with an unexpected problem (not w/ the floor). Excellent product, excellent service and kind, gracious people too. Five stars!
