Coastal Construction and Coastal Custom Painting

We have been working with Coastal Construction for over a year with several different projects. They are great to work with and will give us excellent recommendations along the way. Everyone with the company is very particular and take pride in their work. They don't stop until the project is to their high standards, which is why they always exceed our expectations! You will never find another company that is this detailed orientated.

Kris and company did an addition for us on our house and a screened porch and deck. Kris was instrumental in the design and full of great ideas. We worked collaboratively to bring to completion the vision I had and Kris provided guidance, experience and examples based on his past jobs. The work involved multiple teams (drywall, painter, electrician, deck builder, flooring, lighting, fans) and every single person that came to the house knew what they were doing, performed effectively and completed the task as requested. Nothing was too much trouble. Kris is detailed oriented and checked each teams work thoroughly. He and his teams were a real pleasure to work with and we could not be happier with the final result.

Kris and his crew come though the area and swiftly and professionally planned and built bump out enclosures for many nearby neighbors. Since the plans were already pre-approved by the HOA his crew was able to excavate, pour the slabs fir all of us the same day with the large arn boom concrete equipment. Then the construction team was dispatched to efficiently assemble the enclosures. It all want smoothly and super fast. This was a small job for his company but he treated it and us as if it was a more substantial project.

Unreliable is the only word I can use to describe this company. I made an appointment with Chris. On the day of the appointment he did call and say he couldn’t make it could we meet the next day. I was fine putting the appointment off a day but then I never heard from him again. Thought this company would be different from others in LSD but was sadly mistaken.

Fabulous job! The painters were meticulous about getting everything exactly right. And they cleaned everything thoroughly. It was beautiful work for a fair price. I highly recommend Kris and his guys. They were great!
