Coastal Construction

Very dissapointing. This contractor has no business building metal buildings. The owner, Max, will act like he's going to manage the project and meet all your requirements and once he gets his money you will not see him anymore and rarely get him to answer phone calls. Hire a professional. Cannot square a building (mine is 8 inches out of square) and 2 foot smaller than agreed on! He has no idea what a tape measure or level is (walls and post are not level and plumb) 50% of metal is damaged (creased) from improper installation methods. Dents down the length of the roof - pictured below. Trim installed is embarrassing and has to be removed and replaced by new contractor (some trim is installed upside down). All he will tell you when you bring these issues to his attention it is "ok" *Pleas

We had a great experience with Sundown Coastal Construction. James installed our lift and was very professional in his communication with us. He showed up when he said he would (which is a big deal in Port O’Connor) and the lift install looks great!

The sales experience was great, done months in advance of the install. All the options and benefits were discussed and details for me to prepare for the installation. They held our material in their warehouse until the house was ready and then responded in 1 day! In spite of a major cold front driving temps into the low 30's they completed the installation in a single day, made detailed adjustments and walked me through the features and operation. For such a significant system - this has been the most trouble-free part of our new home build. Highly recommended.

Installed my Galaxy Lift yesterday and did a great job. They communicated well and answered all my questions. They adjusted as necessary for my particular needs and completed the job in less than a day! I recommend them for sure!
