Coastal Custom Surfaces (previously Multistone)

I highly recommend Coastal and would absolutely use them again! I purchased directly from Coastal and worked with Joy and Dirk (the owner) on two projects and their work is exceptional. My kitchen project was particularly complicated—I needed a large slab of stone (9' x 6') that required special ordering. Joy found exactly what I was looking for, and Coastal installed it beautifully. The technician who came to create the template was highly experienced and meticulous in his work. Coastal was faster than several other vendors in town, and their prices were competitive. I got excellent customer service and a beautiful kitchen!

Crew was on time and efficient. Right at 4 hours for complete kitchen countertop and undermount sink install. Cleaned up the work area nicely - no complaints at all.

The Home Depot connected me with this company. They sent out someone to take a look and measure things, but after three weeks no quote was received. When I called, they stated they were waiting on me to tell them what type/color I wanted, and promptly provided a list of availability.

Kevin and the other two guys did a fantastic job, I was worried since all the reviews I read were not good. We went through Home Depot, which they contracted out, which is fine, Kevin and the guys were way early when appointment time was told between 10am-1pm. Here at 830am. Thank you for the fantastic job on my beautiful counters.

Multistone helped us with the remodeling of our kitchen. Claudia, the sales representative, was wonderful to work with, start to finish. She has a keen sense of color and helped select a gorgeous quartz countertop that coordinated beautifully with our new cabinets and flooring. The customer service was excellent. Everyone we spoke with and interacted with was friendly and professional. We are so happy with the finished product and appreciate the great work Multistone did.
