Coastal Floor

Johnny and his Crew at Coastal Floors really came through for me. I wish I could take proper photos because it just doesn’t show how gorgeous it is. I was having a hard time trying to get what I want everywhere else and Johnny found in and installed it it a couple weeks. He really took care of my husband and I. I needed a repair of my soft pine flooring. My floors are aged, making the repair challenging. I am so pleased with the work. The crew were timely, efficient, and conscientious. They did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

This review is overdue. I can’t say enough about how amazing Cody and Casey were. They were very helpful throughout the process. The owner Gigi is great to work with. I highly recommend them. I get so many compliments on my floor.

Cut carpet in the completely incorrect room and damaged beyond repair. When alerted to the error by me despite being told by the owner in a follow up call that she was aware of the mistake at the time of install. However chose not to dig deeper nor as a courtesy reach out to me before I had to reach out to them. I can only suspect they’d hope I would never find out. It was only by happenstance I had another tradesman in my home the same day I was alerted to the grievous error. The owner was of course apologetic however did not take measures to remediate other than glue the cut carpet together and offer me a discount on a future order as if I would be doing business again with them. I had also just had my home painted not too long ago and the installers were less than careful, see photos.

Gigi and Johnny were very professional and nice to work with in the planning stages of our office project. Jordan and Jake came in on a Friday afternoon and worked tirelessly throughout the weekend until our project was completed. The floors look amazing, they did a perfect job. We have also used them on a tile project a couple weeks ago and they did a fantastic job there as well. Thank you Coastal Floors, LLC for making my job so much easier by being so cooperative.
