Coastal Pools

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my backyard project than working with Coastal Pools. From design/concept to water in the pool everything was meticulously managed and delivered. Special thanks to my Project Manager Lee for his great attention to detail and their Project Coordinator, Dani, who ensured everything was done in a timely manner. If you are looking for a pool company who is highly efficient, excellent communication, and delivers a top notch project: look no further. 10/10

My hot tub stopped working and I was desperate to find someone to come fix it. It's 24 degrees and tomorrow 's high will be 20 (Saturday). I was afraid the pipes would freeze. The hot tub is the only thing that makes winter tolerable for me. I took a chance that Coastal Pool might be able to fix it. I called yesterday and was told someone could come Monday. I was very concerned about the pipes freezing and the receptionist concurred. She was able to have someone come today. 2 gentlemen arrived around 8:40 this morning and had it running in no time. Unfortunately I didn't ask their names, but I hope the office knows who they are and passes on my deep gratitude. We're fortunate to have Coastal HQ just up the road from us. We asked around about pool companies and the general consensus was, go with Coastal - they're a solid company AND they're less expensive than the competition. We're glad we did. They built us a really beautiful pool, on time, and on budget. Thanks much to the Coastal team/family - Chris, Dani, Jose and Brad. We recommend them without reservations. Coastal Pool’s rockstar team executed with excellence from demolishing my old pool, to designing and building my dream pool, patio and outdoor kitchen!
