However, my husband had realized the issue and decided to repair it himself. Called Dave regarding an excessive soot deposit issue from our gas stove. He responded promptly and indicated the previous homeowners had it installed with the wrong orifice. Parts were ordered and Dave returned and fixed the issue. He noticed the igniter was going bad due to a long pre-heat cycle and confirmed the part number, to which I was able to order and replace myself. Super helpful, prompt responses, and excellent customer service. Definitely recommend.
