I would not recommend Ruff Roofers. Their sales team was great and their workers are highly skilled but their customer service is terrible. My estimate was 2-3 weeks from the date of deposit. This was a challenge as the person who processes CC transactions is only in the office on select days. A few tries and I was able to catch her and make the payment. After making the deposit I was told they would reach out to schedule. A week and nothing. 2 more weeks of calling and leaving VM and finally I got a call back and scheduled for 2 weeks out. Now 5 weeks from the date of deposit. Work was done quickly and very well, their team was great. After the work, I was unsuccessful in making a payment for weeks. Great experience with this group. 3 roofers told me I had to replace my roof and Ruff was able to repair it in 2 days. I have another 10 years + of no more worrying about this!

I'm very happy with my new roof. Everyone I talked to at the company was knowledge and answered any questions I had or were able to put me through to someone that could. They were great about working around the solar panel removal. On the day of installation they contacted me and explained a problem that had been found and how they would fix it so that I could understand. After the installation was done the crew cleaned around the house and may have left it cleaner than before they arrived.
