I called to make an appointment, and the office manager was so helpful and kind as I had questions. She got back to me the next day. I made my appointment. I did have to call back to change it . Their books are full, but I was able to have my appointment moved up.

We had sewage flowing into our yard and what we thought was a failing drain field....we were panicked. One call to Coastal and they sent someone to help us out. Turns out it was a minor fix and they fixed it immediately. Zach & David couldn't have been more helpful, polite, knowledgeable about what needed to be done. In a very stressful time, Coastal went above and beyond. I wish I could give 10 stars!!!!!
