Joe Patton, of Patton contracting provided excellent service for our Beach Box remodel effort. He and his team were very experienced and provided excellent results for us, you can't even remember what it looked like before it's so nice. Joe always kept track of our project and was available for questions and updates. He always was available either on-hand or by phone over any concerns. A big plus - He and his crews actually showed up, a big difference with many companies here in the Outer Banks! Quality work and quality service, so I give Joe and his crew a Big Thumbs Up!

I couldn’t be happier with renovations at our home. This specific project consisted of the hallway and two bedrooms. Carpets were ripped up, floors redone, paneling taken down, sheetrock put up, trim work, window replacements, new fixtures, etc… the works. After telling Joe what I wanted (glad he could decipher my requests as this is my first time having any work done on a home) the only thing I had to do was pick out paint colors and somehow it ended up being better than I had hoped for. The quality of the work is superb. Aside from the work itself communication was seamless, which unfortunately is not always the case. Patton Contracting has replaced two decks and done a complete kitchen remodel for us. We are beyond happy with the outcome of all the projects. Attention to detail and prompt communication are a high priority for this company, which makes for a very positive working relationship.

Mr. Patton did a great job with finishing our garage into a home office. He was communicative and professional as were the crews that worked for him.

I contracted with Joe Patton to extend our kitchen adding about 110 sq ft of living space. Additionally contracted with him for total replacement of decks and railings, the project also included replacing much of the 30+ year old siding, painting the entire house and all required electrical upgrades and HVAC mods. It was a big job, completed ahead of schedule and under budget. His work is excellent, he checks on progress frequently, remains in contact, coordinates all subs and with the town and county. I had zero concerns. This was the second time I contracted with Joe and both experiences have been first class.
