I had faucet issues a couple days before Thanksgiving 🤦‍♀️. I called Osteen Plumbing. Neal was at my house the very next morning, and let me tell you.. the entire experience was exceptional! He was professional, friendly, and efficient, and the pricing was very fair for the high-quality work provided. Communication was excellent from the initial scheduling to the follow-up after the service, which made the whole process stress-free. I’m extremely satisfied with the service! He would be the first to call again in the future if needed, and needless to say, I highly recommend Osteen Plumbing to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy plumbing work. 😊

Excellent experience with Osteen Plumbing. I am remodeling my bathroom in a home I recently purchased on the Outer Banks and Neal has impressed me with his “can do” positive attitude, efficiency, very quick response to my questions, and consistently showing up on time, exactly as promised (unfortunately, this is rare for Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, Nags Head area). Neal has also repaired the plumbing underneath my kitchen sink, after someone obviously tried some DYI, and the difference is very impressive. I have already recommended Osteen Plumbing to others and had an excellent feedback from my realtor Matt Melvin who hired Osteen Plumbing for his own project (Matt is another great name you want to write down if you are looking to buy or sell your home on the OBX).

I realized I had no hot water on Wednesday and called 3 different plumbers for service. Neal of Osteen Plumbing called back the same day and we arranged for him to come down from Nags Head to Rodanthe the next day at 10:00 am. He arrived right on time, discovered the problem, and installed a new water heater within 2 hours. I could not be more satisfied with the service that I received and the total cost of the installation. I fully recommend Osteen Plumbing for any plumbing needs someone may have.

I have used Osteen Plumbing for several jobs. Between two full bathroom remodels, outside water leaks and hose handle replacements, he is always on time, professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone with plumbing needs!
