From the first phone call, Bryan was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting the job done right. He walked me through every step of the process, explained my options clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable from start to finish. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and were super respectful of my property. They finished earlier than expected and left everything clean—it was like they were never there, except now I have a beautiful new roof that’s built to last. Initially we had a different company working on repairing my mom's roof and clearly they were not capable to deal with the insurance company and subsequently the roof was not getting done. We were able to terminate ties with that company. We had already been talking to Coastal State Roofing (Brayann) and it was like night and day. He would always answer his phone or get back to you the same day and answer any questions we may have. They started and finish the job when he said they were. Overall it was a smooth process and I would recommend this company for sure. Thank you Brayann for all your help.
