Coastal Tech Heating Oil & Service

I contacted this company last November to request a fuel tank replacement. We spoke a couple of times. They mentioned they do not recycle the oil in the tank. I mentioned I had just had my tank filled. They indicated they don't change fuel tanks in the winter and to contact them the first of three year. I contacted them in January to remind them I'd still like to have the job done and asked if they could put me on their early spring schedule. I received a response to contact them in March. I contacted them in March and they mentioned they could not do it in March but could do it in April. They later contacted me and said they needed to come to my home and measure. After wasting time and money with one of the more heavily advertised local HVAC companies I asked Coastal Tech to diagnose my hydronic heating problems. They identified the root cause within 5 minutes of being on site, fixed the problem (as well as another issue that was looming) and bled the system. Now working flawlessly. They were prompt, extremely professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. I will be using Coastal Tech exclusively from now on.

We had an issue with our furnace and we lost heat / hot water. We were not a current customer of Coastal Tech but shortly after I called and left a message, Corey called me back and said he would be over within the hour. He got here early, diagnosed the issue, made the repairs, cleaned up his tools, and charged a very fair price for this service call. Would highly recommend them and will be using them from now on to maintain our heating system.

Corey is the MAN! I have a cranky boiler from the 90's and Corey has worked on it several times. This time, the expansion tank rusted out and started leaking profusely. I called Corey, and not only was he in the area, he had a replacement tank on hand! From the time I called him to when it was fixed, a mere 3 hours had elapsed. I'm beyond thrilled with his service and professionalism. I HIGHLY recommend him for all your heating needs!

This company is amazing with quality people that care about their customers. My adopted Dad reached out to them on Saturday as his daughters boiler shut down during the extreme cold. He is 92 years old and his daughter happened to be away on vacation in another country. He was not a current customer but I suggested that he give them a call as they are super responsive. In fact, he had contacted their regular HVAC company and never heard back. Corey returned the call and was at his home within a little over an hour. He got the boiler back on line. Thank you so much for getting heat for Papa. You guys Rock!!! They will start using Coastal Tech as their primary HVAC company.
