Originally, I had a great experience with Caleb and Andrea and they were wonderful to work with. However, the landscaper we chose from their bids did not fulfill his warranty work. We have dead plants and the landscaper does not communicate and has promised to replace, but never does. We are still within our 6 month warranty window on the plant guarantee, but instead we are left with dead landscaping. Caleb and Andrea initially reached out to landscaper, but the follow up with me has not been there. If they are going to recommend landscapers then they need to make sure these are reputable companies who do the work they are suppose to do. Very disappointed in the follow through.
