Coastland Appliance is EXCELLENT! I've had both my expensive refrigerator and my clothes dryer serviced by Chuck Culbertson, proprietor. He always does the little fixes first before jumping to the "your computer needs to be replaced" line. Other services I've called never trouble shoot. They just try to sell me a new one! I truly believe that Coastland Appliance Repair can fix anything! I highly recommend this service without reservation.
They returned my call promptly, made time for me that day, and fixed my issue with my clothes dryer quickly and efficiently without charging me a fortune
My fridge was not working properly. I was assigned to this company . I called and called and no one ever answered the phone. I left several messages and waited 2 days with no response for company. No customer service!!
I had a great experience. Great responsiveness, fair price. Would recommend for sure.
