I established a business relationship with Philip back in 2021 for roof repairs after a wind storm. On May 18th, 2024 my home sustained damage from a tornado. My fence and roof required complete replacement. After 9 months of fighting with insurance, Philip replaced my roof today! He also installed an attic exhaust fan at my request. The fence was completed in September of 2024. I am very grateful for everything that he has done for me. He helped me navigate the very complex process of going through insurance including the process of the public appraiser. His patience is awesome; answering the same questions over and over for me. I would give Cobra a ten star rating if it was allowed. After a delay of a couple of months we finally had Cobra rebuild our roof. Their patience without pressing over that time was appreciated. Straightforward. Professional. Efficient. They started in the morning and had the job completed by the evening. Cleanup at the end was superb! Philip is a great guy. I called him from the internet not knowing anything about him or his company. I took a leap of faith and told him to come out as I needed it done as quickly as possible.
