Cochran's Lumber

We shopped around for over a year - and then found Cochran’s for our Kitchen flooring. It turned out beautiful (we did light sawmill marks) and we couldn’t be happier! The rest of our house is carpeted but when that wears out, we will install the exact same flooring. Love our flooring!

Installed Cochran's Live Sawn White Oak Fumed Hardwood flooring throughout the house, including replacing an existing carpeted staircase, posts, railings, etc. Results are excellent - it looks great, and the installers described it as a "100 year floor" based on the quality of the wood and finishing. Highly recommend Cochran's to anyone looking to upgrade their floors.

BEEARE OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCT!!! We spent over $15k more to go with Cochrans thinking we were getting this unique product and it’s THE WORST EVER!! They send you the smallest sample where every other flooring company gives you a big sample borard. We wanted larger samples and they said NO NEED it will be exactly how the sample shows. it couldn’t be MORE different than the sample. We purchased their top selling product the white oak and every board is different colors and sap lines throughout boards. We called Gerry our so called wonderful sales man and he said keep putting it down I promise you you will love itt. we couldn’t be more DISAPPOINTED in this quality and workmanship. I ended up dealing with Mike the GM and asked him to come out and see what we were so disappointed -
