Dominic came out the same day I called and quickly assessed what was wrong with our pool (issue with the motor). He was knowledgeable and gave a slew of helpful advice. I also decided on doing the green to clean package and am very pleased with the outcome. In a matter of a week or so our pool went from being a potential gator paradise to a pool fit for a resort. Any other questions I had (like scheduling) I was able to ask Kelly who was also very nice and helpful! I definitely recommend this pool business!

Highly recommend this First Responder owned and operated pool company. They do amazing work and turned my pool from a swamp to an oasis. Trey is an awesome tech and does everything quickly and efficiently with no problems! The photo is 1 week after having them service my pool and I’ve never been happier with the quality of a pool service.

Code 3 Pool Service  started servicing our pool August of 2020. The service provided by Code 3 is Excellent! Before they started, I looked to replace the water inlet and outlet covers in the pool. Also the tile had water marks and could not get cleaned. Jeremy, the Code 3 service Tech, performs all services to keep  the pool cleaner, chemicals in the pool at the proper levels. Swimming in the pool this season I now see how the Items I wanted to replace look like new! The tile also looked so much better, and sure soon they will look like new! Moved in the residence in November of 2019. The Pool now looks great! Value, Price, and Excellent Service is Code 3 Pool Service Trademark!!!

Code 3 Team is awesome. Owners Dominic & Kelly are genuinely caring & quick to respond. They make you feel like you’re their best customer & friend. The services from them & their team is remarkable. Our pool has never looked better. The weekly service updates with pictures are a reassuring touch & connection. I highly recommend adding them to your team of support. DO NOT call them for service on your pool heater! Apparently incapable and will not get back to you. They advertise that they provide service but do NOT. When called, they ask when they can come. Then the owner of the company comes to the house, spends 5 minutes just taking a pictures of the unit and serial number plate and leaves, claiming he will call the manufacturer to get direction and get back to me quickly. He never looked at it closely or did any diagnostics. But he did try to sell me his monthly pool cleaning services, which I am guessing is all they are really capable of. It has been 10 days now and with no response or callback for my simple “IF” (ignition failure) code repair! I even told him what I thought the solution was, which turned out to be correct as I went onto YouTube
