COIT Cleaning and Restoration

All the team at Coit did a great job at one of our rentals. Brandon and Anthony were the techs that worked at the house, and were always punctual, professional, and communicated very well the progress of the project. They worked hard to get everything done in a timely manner. Monet in the office was easy to work with, and got everything scheduled flawlessly. Eric did a great job estimating the project and getting it moving quickly. Great work and much appreciated.

Coit is awesome. Servpro was going to stick it to me to the tune of $13,000. Thankfully they weren't getting back to me and I called coit. They came in got to work immediately and it wound up costing me $2,000 out of pocket and the insurance company had to pay $14,000.

Mold isn’t a word you want to say or hear! After this new years storm our roof was destroyed and we had water and mold damage begin in our house and garage. We have 3 little babies so I panicked and I couldn’t find a chill button within me. We called coit to come take a look and they gave us instant relief! Johnny E was the one who took care of us, from containment, to demo, to clean up etc. he was so on top of everything, texted us back when we reached out between visits. He would communicate highly with etas, was very very thorough with his work. When we needed him to speak with our insurance he jumped on it no questions asked and was just so kind and respectful and every positive word in between! Breanna who was the team lead was very good at explaining the process and was always available to address some unexpected issues. She is very patient and provides excellent customer service to those of us being displaced .

Wyatt is amazing! He did a fantasist job on the carpets and tile/grout and everything looks new again! We were short handed on moving furniture around and without missing a beat, he was shifting things around and getting the job done. Wyatt is a true professional that takes pride in his work and overall is a really nice guy! Highly recommend!
