Robert with Colbert Roofing is a consummate professional. He stepped in when our previous roofer left us high and dry (well leaky and shingle shedding) in the middle of a claim appeal. Robert carried our claim over the finish line ensuring that everything the insurance company wanted was sent over in record time. From the time we first involved Robert till the material was in and approved was just about a week. The Colbert crew was out shortly after putting a new roof over our heads that we had initially been in limbo for approximately 10 months. When a large tree limb fell and took out our gutter, we quickly called Robert at Colbert Roofing (we used Colbert to replace our roof several years ago; they did a great job and we continue to use them for anything having to do with our roof). He came out early the next morning to survey the damage, then prepared and sent us a formal estimate within a couple of hours. The price was great, and he lined us up with a crew for the following week. When Hurricane Debbie started barrelling our way, though, he arranged for the crew to come a day early in order to ensure that we had a functioning gutter system before the deluge hit. Robert was great to work with: very professional, accommodating, and an excellent communicator. Can't recommend him highly enough.
