I have never posted a review but based the success and timely response of the Cold Factor team, I felt compelled to offer our observations. Approximately a week ago our Trane HVAC system (over 15 years old) was not cooling. I first tried a new thermostat to address the problem, but it did not resolve the issue. Next, I tried to get our current HVAC maintenance provider to schedule an appointment, but because of Western Days they could not schedule an appointment for 4 days. I secured an appointment but then started looking for alternatives. After looking at reviews, I contacted Cold Factor, and I spoke to Cory, and he was able to adjust appointments and arrive a few hours later. I could immediately tell he has true integrity in a service business that often is filled with the opposite. Very genuine.
