Live Oak Plumbing Company

We just had a new water heater installed to replace one that died after fifteen years. I called a guy I could trust to recommend a “great” plumbing company. Without hesitation he said “You have got to use Live Oak Plumbing and be sure to ask for Nathan”. I did just that and that’s why I’m writing this review. He was very professional, friendly and did excellent work. Cost was very competitive and he didn’t mind explaining what he was doing. He was one of the best service professionals we have had do work at our home. Another great service professional that we’ve used is the guy that recommended him. Great people know great people.

I just had a plumber come and repair our toilet, which had a very minor leak that caused one of the securing bolts to rust and break. I also had a few other issues that I thought I could get them fixed all at once. When I called Live Oak Plumbing Company, Don the owner happened to answer. The first thing he asked if it was an emergency and I said no. He then looked at his schedule and thought he could have somebody out here by either next Wednesday or Thursday and I thought well I didn’t wanna wait that long. So he decided that he would actually come himself. I was very thankful that he did. I found his pricing fair and reasonable as well as in our discussions he was very helpful and honest. I was very satisfied. I definitely plan to use Live Oak plumbing for any future needs. Thanks D
