Through a random Google search, I called Gutter Nation Gutter Service and Scott, the Owner, took my call. I explained that a squirrel had fallen down a downspout and was stuck between the downspout and french drain and I didn't know how to free the critter. Without hesitation, Scott expressed a selfless willingness to help. Within ONE hour, he was able to stop by my house on the way to a job site! ONE hour! (It helped that I was local to him but STILL). Within minutes he was able to free the squirrel. He did it with a smile and was SO pleasant the ENTIRE time. He made such a positive impression that my husband and I are considering using his services to hang Christmas lights this year!
