I had 4 big off white carpets cleaned on October 15. They appeared to be new and beautiful when we bought the house but not long after we moved in they had lots of stains. We have a dog but I can’t blame her for all the stains. About 18 months ago we had the carpets cleaned by a company that sends us advertisements in the mail and I was not impressed. They told me the stains could not be removed and I was very disappointed but replacing them was not an option. This time we looked for recommendations and the Cole’s ones impressed us. Matt came and assessed the scene. He was quite honest with me and promised to do his best but agreed it was a tough job. 2 + hrs or so he was done! I was SO impressed with his work! It was beyond my dreams and I will do everything in my power to keep my carpet

This review is a long time coming! Matt cleaned the carpets in my condo for years and always did a fantastic job. He's on time, easy to communicate with and prices are VERY reasonable. Carpets and sofas always looked as good as was possible between dogs and a kid:) Now he's coming to do the house for us! Couldn't recommend more highly. Thank you for all your hard work Matt!

Cole’s carpet cleaned our wall-to-wall carpeting so well that we had them clean our antique Persian area rugs.Matt delivered them today and they look fantastic! The colors are more vibrant than before they were cleaned and Matt installed them perfectly. In our several appointments they have been punctual and prepared and very professional.We will definitely use them again and we highly recommend them.

Matt at Cole's Carpet has been cleaning our carpet for at least 10 years. He does a fabulous job. He is fast and thorough and reliable. He's extremely knowledgeable about all kinds of carpets and has the latest equipment. It's a great thing to have someone you can count on to do a good job.

Over the years, Matt Cole has been to our house several times for both a living room rug and the carpet downstairs. He is knowledgeable about materials and methods. He has always been personable fast, on time, efficient. I would recommend him and have. Our neighbors regret not taking my advice.
