College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving Hartford

College Hunks was absolutely the right choice for our move. Their pricing was fair, they arrived on time, and they handled our belongings with great care and professionalism. The team members who completed our move were outstanding—courteous, efficient, and respectful throughout the entire process. I only wish I could remember their names to recognize them individually for their excellent work. I highly recommend College Hunks to anyone planning a move. You won’t be disappointed.

I didn't actually use this moving service, so I can't speak to that. But, I did receive a quote. The salesperson was pushy and almost a little derogatory that I wouldn't book right then and there. Then he says, well the prices could go up if you wait (which in the sales world is such a skeevy tactic). I said I'd just like an estimate. 60 seconds later I was provided an estimate via email and would you guess, the labor cost went from $150/hr to $250/hr. The truck rental fee also went from $150 to $225. That is such a dirty way to quote people. If the estimate had come through with what I was quoted on the phone (albeit I get it can change if I waited a week), then I would have booked tonight, but this overall just seems like a dirty scheme to get more money. The movers were there on time moving my stuff handy and quickly. They were very friendly and helpful. Good team effort and professional. I would recommend to my friends and family if they needed to move. Thank you so much to Mike and Joel. You guys are awesome!

I moved in September the guys showed up on 29 of September, they were wonderful. They took my couch completely apart and vacuumed when they packed my items in the truck. They were careful. They were gentle and they packed that truck like it was Tetris. Everything was tight and neat. Nothing moved. They were professional they even held my items overnight for me to move in the next day. They were flexible and very kind. I highly recommend them to anyone who is moving and if I ever move again, I will be calling them They went above and beyond and I am truly grateful. Thank you.

Today was a challenge - large, heavy furniture, with little room to maneuver. But Will and Lawrence met every obstacle expeditiously and cheerfully, and finished early. I am delighted with today's service.
