We first worked with JJ Landerman when we purchased our house and they inspected our roof and gave us an estimate for replacement. They gave us their contact information and came out on a couple occasions to check on some water stains and address some leaks around our chimney. Per their prognosis and with their help we got roughly 5 more years out of the roof. When the water damage picked up this winter and we decided it was time for a new roof we didn't even consider going to anyone else. They apologized for not being able to honor a 5 year old quote but only adjusted it for materials costs which was incredibly generous.
