01/12/2025. In our phone conversation Joel was excellent to speak with. He responded quickly, listened carefully to my HVAC concerns, and gave clear, thoughtful advice. The conversation never felt rushed, and he showed a strong understanding of the duct and temperature issues I described. I appreciated his professionalism and will definitely reach out to him again.

On a Friday night at around 10pm I discovered no hot water or heat in my house and it was 0° outside. I also have a 3-week old newborn in the house so it was a dire situation. I called 7 companies before finally reaching Joel on Saturday afternoon. He wasn’t able to send a technician to my house but was kind enough to personally walk me through some troubleshooting. We discovered the air intake for my combi boiler was covered in ice outside my home. Joel was kind enough to work with me given my situation despite the fact he wasn’t at my home. This was an A+ customer service experience that I will never forget. We got our boiler back up and running for a warm and happy home.

Highly recommend!! We recently bought a 100-year-old house and our sellers recommended Joel. We had an issue with our heat at the beginning of the season and Joel solved all of our issues. Great communication, easy to schedule, and arrived on time. I will recommend to my friends and family.

After returning home from work to no heat or hot water Joel was the only one to offer us same day service and got us back up and running again. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
