These people aren’t even working on our house and blocked half of our driveway. This is so unprofessional. There is plenty of room for him to move up. Ridiculous!!!

We are very pleased with the service this company provided. The technician was polite and knowledgeable, and the fee was reasonable. I would definitely call them again and recommend them to others. They demonstrated integrity and honesty - qualities that are lacking in this world lately!

Called emergency line because my furnace was not producing heat for the second time in two months. I’m still under warranty and the company has been out 5 times since install in a new build Pulte home. After the emergency line asked me a few questions, he told me they were booked up and call the office tomorrow. No heat for my family tonight! What’s the purpose of the emergency line? Why even ask the questions if you were booked from the start? Pulte needs a new sub stat, I have been in the home less than 2 years and they have been out at least 5 times (horrible).

They installed our HVAC system when the house was built 3 years ago. Have used them each year for HVAC maintenance and upkeep. Always friendly technicians and office staff. Will continue to recommend them to others and use them ourselves!

I was left very confused after i called this company when my A/C stopped working. Colonial Heating installed my furnace and A/C unit 4 years ago as subcontractor for Pulte Homes. Their name and phone number is printed on the thermostat. So i called them for service when it stopped working. The girl who answered the phone asked me if they installed the unit and what the address was. I said Yes they did and gave her the address. She informed me that they couldn't help me. She said they are too busy and only do new installations and warranty work. Since my unit is no longer under warranty, they won't service it. I wasn't expecting it to be covered under warranty, but was just shocked that they refused to service a unit that they installed!
