Promptly fixed a leak in the cold water supply to our water heater and quoted a very reasonable price. They also took time to answer questions. Would definitely use their services again!

I had what, to me, was a plumbing emergency. There was a pipe under the house spraying water everywhere. I called a friend to come take a look, he said wasn't something he could do and advised calling Colonial Plumbing. It was my lucky day as the guys were in the office waiting to go to another job, and when they heard I was basically around the corner from the shop they would swing by on their way to the other job. Gene and Jason came right away, knew exactly how to fix, did it quickly and professionally. Being alone and on a fixed income I was appreciative of the fast service. I’ve done business twice with Colonial Plumbing. The first time was relatively good. The first part to be installed was defective but the second one was fine & the plumbers did a good job. The second time I was charged a really exorbitant amount for a simple 3 hour job. I suggest everyone get an estimate from Colonial Plumbing before having any installation work done.
