Not a contractor but I've spent many of thousands here in the last 2 years doing a remodel. Always have had good experience. The girls up front are friendly and remembered who I was. Customer service is good.

Great local lumber yard and hardware store. Employees are always friendly and willing to help. Much more knowledgeable than those at the big box stores. Great selection of diy home improvement products at good prices.

I worked with Eric on getting 11 new windows and a patio door. He was responsive, and great to work with. Windows came in on time (5 weeks). John and Tyler were great to work with, delivery was done within a half hour or less.

Good hardware place around. Definitely good quality products, customer service is a bit dry though. Front counter staff are great though, always nice and friendly. Good selection of parts for Solar, Plumbing, and every odd and end job you would need to do!

Todd is awesome and helpful. The manager Jason does not care and is not supportive. We bought a $5,000 gas fireplace and we had to do all the legwork to find out why the regulator does not work. He walked away from us during the conversation. Front desk staff is great.
