Tyler was promptly on time and very professional. His knowledge outweighed the last 3 plumbers who tried to sell me a new boiler! My hydronic floors are now working again. Thank you Tyler!

​​Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from Teller Plumbing & Heating. I first reached out on 2/3 and, after some back-and-forth, finally spoke with Danielle on 2/16. She scheduled me for an appointment today (2/24) but said she needed to confirm a specific time with Tyler and get back to me. ​Despite me calling both the office and Danielle’s cell yesterday (2/23) to confirm a time, I received no response. It is now 11:20 AM on the day of the scheduled appointment, and I still haven't heard a word. This is very poor customer service and a total disregard for a customer's time.

Tyler has fixed my furnace and replaced my water heater in the last 8 months. On both occasions he was there as soon as I needed service and got it done quickly with no issues. 100% recommend and will never use another company!

Tyler and his assistant, Dave, did plumbing and HVAC for an extensive renovation of my childhood home. No aspect of the job was too big for them to handle or too small for their attention. They are professional, thorough and responsive. Thanks!

Out heat stopped working and it was still getting down into the low 40s so our home was quite cool when I realized the heat was not working. I call Teller Plumbing and Heating and they sent Dave out who is a wonderful young man. He trouble shot and found the induction motor was loose from its mounting and that the drain was pluged thus blowing condensation around in the compartment. The motor was not in stock but they managed to get a replacement to Woodland Park late in the day and Dave came back late the same day and replaced the motor and put us back in service, a big thanks to Dave.
